Learning Objectives: •Understand SWOT as a reflective tool •Identify strengths and areas for growth •Build a foundation for a semester growth plan Subject Goal: Support instructors as they reflect on their teaching and professional development through the SWOT framework (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
