This self-paced mini-course helps First-Year Writing faculty reflect on their teaching and professional development using the SWOT framework. Learning Objectives: •Understand SWOT as a reflective tool •Identify strengths and areas for growth •Build a foundation for a semester growth plan Subject Goal: Support instructors as they reflect on their teaching and professional development through the SWOT framework (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Room Format: 100% asynchronous, self-paced, approximately 3–4 hours total.
